Free standard shipping on every US order, with no minimum. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 5 to 10 business days after shipping. Every order includes tracking.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing and delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Time, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. During sales and holiday periods, processing can take up to 2 additional business days.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also see your order status in My Account. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will always try to help.
Delays, lost or stolen packages
If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your order shows as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email contact@comffyness.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email contact@comffyness.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Sales tax
Sales tax is charged where required by state law and is shown at checkout.
